What does the client provide from a technical standpoint?
For prerecorded shows and customized videos we will be able to give them the files in whatever format they request. As to the live interactive show, once we determine that our system will be compatible with their platform(which should be the majority of the platforms out there) then we will be able to work seamlessly within their system.
How much lead time do you need?
Because everything has a custom component, we do need a little lead time. In an ideal world, we'd want a minimum of 8 weeks for a customized song and 4 weeks to create an interactive show or interstitials with customized introductions. We've definitely done it with quite a bit less, though, depending on our schedule, so let us know your timing and we' can confirm what's possible.
What are the best ways to use you?
Our unique content about life and work makes us especially good for business audiences and employee events so think sales meetings, awards and recognition sessions, holiday parties, association conferences, client events, and user groups. The offerings are designed to solve a range of virtual event challenges at different price points (because different challenges justify different levels of investment).
Pre-recorded shows are especially strong for session launches and breaks, while interactive performances are great for longer slots like full shows and Keynotes.
