BORING VIRTUAL EVENTS
ARE NOT ALLOWED
And word on the street is that you've got a virtual meeting coming up.
Sometimes events presented onscreen present a bit of an engagement problem...
What you need is an engagement solution.
HOW ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS?
THE RESULTS ARE IN!
I thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment from The Water Coolers. The truth in all the songs was spot on...LOL! Using tunes familiar to all was so fun to hear. Using topics affiliated with our travel/meeting industry made it even better. Loved every moment of the 15-minute break. It was AMAZING!
The Kahala Hotel & Resort
The videos you made for us were a huge hit! Our attendees loved them, the chatroom went crazy when the videos were playing. They got even more excited for the next session break to see the next video. A lot of people were able to relate and definitely brought a lot of smiles and laughter to their day!

Keep doing what you are doing, whether live or virtual. By now most of us know what to expect when we hear your name and quite frankly, you are just great at what you do. Your process looked seamless in moving over to virtual with the same live impact!

THE POWER OF CUSTOMIZATION
In virtual events, it's particularly important -- it helps your audience know that they're seeing something they couldn't see anywhere else. Even when the modifications are small, if they're smart then they send the message that they're watching something unique. And if part of your goal is to help participants feel heard, appreciated, or connected to you and each other then you may want consider taking things a step further with customized songs because they do all of that. Custom songs speak to the audience in their specific language about their unique challenges and when The Water Coolers do them, they're hilarious. Use them to salute the audience, pay tribute to awards show winners, or reinforce key themes in a way that makes them stick. Here are a few things to know about our approach.
We have an experience team of extremely high-level writers, musicians, performers, producers, and editors ready right now to focus on your goals.
You supply the info and have final sign off, but we own getting it done.
The impact is remarkable.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the client provide from a technical standpoint?
For prerecorded shows and customized videos we will be able to give them the files in whatever format they request. As to the live interactive show, once we determine that our system will be compatible with their platform(which should be the majority of the platforms out there) then we will be able to work seamlessly within their system. It's always good to have this conversation early in the process.
How much lead time do you need?
Because everything has a custom component, we do need a little lead time. In an ideal world, we'd want a minimum of 8 weeks for a customized song and 4 weeks to create an interactive show or interstitials with customized introductions. We've definitely done it with quite a bit less, though, depending on our schedule, so let us know your timing and we' can confirm what's possible.
What are the best ways to use you?
Our unique content about life and work makes us especially good for business audiences and employee events so think sales meetings, awards and recognition sessions, holiday parties, association conferences, client events, and user groups. The offerings are designed to solve a range of virtual event challenges at different price points (because different challenges justify different levels of investment).
Pre-recorded shows are especially strong for session launches and breaks, while interactive performances are great for longer slots like full shows and Keynotes.
Customized videos are an incredible way to really connect with the audience, but they can go way beyond that -- we've had clients use customization in super high-impact ways for corporate messaging, sponsor recognition, and special honoree tributes too.
